No center anywhere has one person who owns the program, designed the curriculum, and teaches it every single day. That person is Miss Niha.

My name is Niharika Reddy — the children call me Miss Niha. I am the owner, the curriculum designer, and the teacher at Little Ducklings Early Learning Studio. I came to America from India with a B.S. in Biotechnology and Biochemistry, a love for learning, and a deep love for children.

When my own child was young I understood for the first time what parents truly feel at drop-off — and I decided to build something better. In 2016 I opened Little Ducklings in Elkridge. For eight years I served Howard County families with complete dedication, watching children grow from infants into confident kindergarteners.

I am ECE trained, bilingual in Telugu and English, a global traveller, and a mom of one child who taught me everything I know about what matters most in early care.
I personally design every monthly theme, every busy book, and every activity — then deliver it myself, every single day. Your child's teacher is also the person who created their entire learning program.
